Recipe Ingredient

  • Ingredients (A):
  • 10 pcs Fried Bean Curd
  • Ingredients (B):
  • 10 pcs Chinese Mushrooms
  • 1 packet Enoki Mushroom
  • 80g Broccoli
  • Ingredients (C):
  • 2 tbsp Angel Brand Oyster Sauce (or Angel Brand Mushroom Vegetarian Oyster Flavor Sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 cups Broth
  • Add Pepper to Taste
  • Potato Starch Solution

Instructions

  1. Place soaked mushrooms into ingredients (C), then bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Add fried bean curd, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add enoki mushrooms and broccoli. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add potato starch solution and stir till sauce is thick and nice. Serve hot.
  6. Tips: Bean curd can use fried gluten instead.
