Recipe Ingredient

  • 600g seedless watermelon, cut away skin and chop flesh into chunks
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 250ml ice-cream soda
  • Syrup to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend watermelon chunks in a liquidiser. Strain juice. Add lime juice and blend ice-cream soda and basic syrup. Stir well.
  2. Chill well in the freezer before serving in a highball glass. Garnish with a lime or lemon wedge.
