  1. Heat oil and fry the long beans. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and throw in mustard seeds, dried chili and curry leaves. Then add the chopped garlic, tomatoes and sliced onions. Sauté till golden brown and add turmeric powder and curry powder. Reduce the flame to medium.
  3. Once the spice is cooked, add egg and stir until cooked. After a few minutes add the minced tofu followed by long beans, sliced red chillies and sauté for a short while. Lastly, add salt and coconut milk.
