RELISH a range of delectable international and local specialities this Ramadan at Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa.

The five-star hotel’s flagship restaurant, Fuzion, and its Atrium Cafe at the Pyramid Tower Hotel have prepared delicious and mouth-watering buffets for the season.

Themed “International Infusions” at Fuzion and “Muhibbah Delights” at Atrium Cafe, the hotel’s culinary team goes to great lengths to tantalise taste buds with a rotation of five different menus at each restaurant.

There will also be more than 300 dishes with 20 live stations, where diners will be able to see the chefs whipping up heaps of fresh seafood, succulent grills and more.

A wide array of soups, appetisers, main courses and desserts at both restaurants will definitely satisfy cravings after a day of fasting.

Also don’t miss out on their extensive range of freshly prepared salads, including some of Malaysia’s scrumptious greens ” the ulam-ulam.

Soup lovers will be delighted to find a good choice of piping-hot soups, including the famous Tom Yam Udang Galah, Soup Kambing Malbari, Cream of Roasted Barley and Cream of Mushroom Soup.

At the Atrium Cafe, a team of local chefs have embodied local nostalgia with their ” Muhibbah Delights”, highlighting authentic Malay dishes through unique preparations to spread the spirit of Ramadan.

Choose from Kambing Masak Kari Darat, Udang Harimau Masak Serai, Labu Masak Lemak with Pucuk Manis, Siput Sedut Lemak Cili Api, Burung Puyuh Mayang Sari, Ikan Siakap Masak Garam Asam and Kupang Masak Masam Manis.

These dishes are certain to entice your palate.

Rice dishes such as Nasi Pelangi, Nasi Padang, Nasi Kuning Limau Purut, Nasi Briyani Kambing and even plain steamed rice are perfect accompaniments for the various curry and hot dishes that have been prepared using local herbs and spices.

Adding to the buffet’s numerous flavours, Atrium Cafe’s 12 live action stations in the form of creatively designed Ramadan stalls, offer clay pot choices, hot soup noodles, satay, fresh seafood and a variety of roti.

Other choices include famous local delicacies such as rojak pasembor, kerabu betik udang kepai, kerabu daging, gulai kawah and serunding.

To complete the meal on a sweet note, there is an assortment of Malay kuih-muih, including tapai ubi, tapai pulut, kuih wajik, apam kelapa, pulut inti kelapa, kuih bahulu, kuih tiram and dodol.

At the Fuzion, savour a variety of Turkish dishes prepared specially by award-winning chef Khder Al Issa from the Middle East.

Experience the goodness of Turkish delights such as Kumpir (baked potato), Kagitta Levrek Bugulama (poached sea bass in parchement paper), Uskumru Yahnisi (cinnamon mackerel stew), Istanbul Chicken Pilaf and Kuzu Etli Taze Fasulye (flat beans with lamb).

Finish off with mouth-watering Turkish desserts ranging from Lorlu Baklava to Zerde, a saffron-based pudding, and Peynirli Irmik Helvasi, a semolina halva topped with cheese.

Fuzion’s ” International Infusions” buffet is open from 6pm to 10.30pm daily. It is priced at RM128++ per adult and RM64++ per child aged between four and 12.

Meanwhile, Atrium Cafe’s “Muhibbah Delights” is priced at RM98++ per adult and RM49++ per child aged between four and 12.
