BEST Western Hotel is serving over 60 dishes for their buka puasa menu during Ramadan.

The culinary team, led by executive chef Jaffery Othman, is serving traditional Malay cuisines, in addition to some Western delights for their spread.

Diners can try light appetisers, including rojak buah, jeruk mangga, jeruk buah salak and jeruk kedondong before tackling the main dishes.

Four rotation menus including Roasted Whole Lamb, Sup Tulang Rawan Dengan Kentang, Daging Rendang Tok Perak, Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables with Oyster Sauce, Udang Galah Lemak Cilipadi Dengan Nenas, Kambing Rusuk Kicap Berempah Hitam Manis, Ikan Bakar Berkuah Mentega, Cendawan Tumis Dengan Sayur Hijau, among others, will be featured.

Patrons can get a taste of Japanese cuisine with a selection of sushi while assorted cold cuts and traditional items such as Kerabu Pucuk Paku, Kerabu Taugeh Kerang and Kerabu Daging are available as well.

The Daging Rendang Tok Perak is tender while the kuah satay is tasty and goes well with lemang.

A selection of sushi is available for buka puasa.

Diners can also catch the chefs at the action stalls, in addition to enjoying dishes from the noodle counter and carving stations.

Patrons looking to satisfy their sweet cravings can do so with a sinful dessert selection, including Honeydew Compote, Red Velvet Cakes, bubur kacang hijau, Coconut Pudding, Strawberry Swiss Roll, Marble Cheesecake, Chocolate Brownies, Cream Brulee, kuih makmur and more.

The contemporary style restaurant will also feature a live ghazal performance by the Arawsa Band during this period.

“This year, we want to go all out to give our diners a sumptuous experience,” said Best Western Premier Dua Sentral marketing communication manager Pugeneswary Mudukasan.

She said this was the second year that the hotel was organising a Ramadan promotion.

“Patrons can expect a larger spread and enjoy food from action stalls. They can also enjoy grilled items and try the kambing golek,” she said.

Kembali Kitchen’s buka puasa promotion ends on Aug 8, priced at RM98nett (adult) and RM49nett (child).
