Tutti Frutti Mania

The month of May brings dessert lovers another temptation, Mascarpone Tutti-Frutti cake. A must have cake that’s available everyday at Melting Pot Cafe, Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur. This fruity creation has fresh cream, egg yolk, mascarpone cheese, gelatin, canned peach and mascarpone cheese mousse as its ingredients. The cake is coated with cream and evenly spread with some almondine on the side of the cake. For the final touch, it gets topped with fresh fruits.
