CELEBRATE the Year of the Dragon with Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur’s Celestial Court as it goes all out to tempt your eyes and whet your appetite with a variety of innovative Lunar New Year festive dishes.

In conjunction with the Year of the Dragon, executive Chinese chef Ho Boon and Dim Sum chef Ken Liew have created specially-crafted menus comprising dishes which are unique that can be enjoyed by friends and family members.

The Yee Sang is first up on the list of usual suspects.

They have come up with four interesting Yee Sang selections that incorporate elements from the East and West.

This year, diners can look forward to some innovative Yee Sang compositions and sauces — from caviar to abalone and from traditional plum sauce to orange mayo.

Get ready to bring your appetite and roll in the good luck.

For a little of that tangy, spicy taste, opt for the Yee Sang with Tuna Fish served with Thai Mango Sauce or go adventurous and order a plate of the Yee Sang with Abalone served in Orange Mayo Sauce.

For those who love the traditional plum sauce, you can try the Yee Sang with Norwegian Salmon, China Pear and Black Caviar served with traditional Plum Sauce or get a little of the crunchy taste in with the Yee Sang with Young Jelly Fish served with Apple Plum Sauce.

We had a chance to sample their eight-course Chinese New Year Prosperity Set Menu, priced at RM1,288++ for 10 people, which comprised Yee Sang with Tuna Fish served with Thai Mango Sauce, Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Sea Moss, Dried Scallop and Crab Meat, Roasted Crispy Chicken Sichuan Style, Braised Sea Cucumber with Dried Scallop, Mushroom and Garden Greens, Steamed Pomfret with Soy Sauce, Braised Chinese Cabbage with Dried Scallop Sauce, Braised E-fu Noodles with Golden Mushrooms and Dried Scallop and Chilled Sea Coconut with Almond Bean Curd and Pan-fried Chinese Nian Gao.

This menu comes with a complimentary bottle of Bridgewater Mill, Sauvignon Blanc, Australia.

All these menus are inclusive of a complimentary bottle of wine.

If you partake in the eight-course Happiness set menu, priced at RM1,888++ per table of 10 persons, you will also receive a complimentary selected bottle of wine plus a RM100 ang pow, redeemable for dining at Celestial Court in March.
