ESSENCE Restaurant at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel is offering a grand night bazaar Ramadan experience where you can find some of your favourite dishes for buka puasa.

Chef Faizal Abdul Ghani and his team did not forget the Ramadan must-haves. Essence aims to bring about a tantalising Ramadan experience, boasting more than 150 mouth-watering local specialities, including the traditional selection of roti canai, chicken briyani rice and murtabak.

Also included in the buffet are Essence’s famous Whole Baby Lamb with Mandi Rice, Lebanese Sharwarma, Ayam Percik Terengganu, Ala Minute Asam Pedas Fish and Gulai Kawah Besar Kambing Daun Salam.

With an extensive 120m buffet spread, you can enjoy the food in the warm ambience as their chefs hustle to prepare more great food at the live cooking stations.

The buffet is priced at RM118++ per person. It is available for dinner only until July 24, daily, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.

With 17 years of experience in the culinary industry, Faizal’s role as the chef de cuisine at Essence is to impress guests with his creative dishes.

Inspired by his mother, Faizal learnt the fundamentals of cooking from her. He then decided to pursue his career by enrolling himself in a hotel school and graduating as a professional chef.

For those who prefer to break fast at home, you can opt for the fragrant Chicken and Lamb Briyani Rice special, available for take-away at Toastina Café & Bar. The Chicken Briyani Rice is priced at RM15 nett while the Lamb Briyani Rice is priced at RM18 nett. The briyani rice will be available until July 24 Monday to Friday from 4pm until 6pm.

In the season’s true spirit of sharing, the hotel has also several special offers and discounts for their buka puasa events, especially for Starwood Preferred Guest members and credit card holders.

For those who would like to break fast in the comfort of their homes or in more exclusive venues, the hotel also caters for outside events or at its various function spaces.
