During a recent media preview, the five chefs prepared an amazing array of what guests can expect for Ramadan.

A must-try is chef Norashikin’s Sup Rusa Dorsett Regency.

This flavoursome dish is full of spices and redolent with carrots and potatoes.

Another of chef Norashikin’s signature dish is the Braised Beef cooked Arabic style.

“Although this dish looks like a curry dish, it’s not too spicy. Instead, it has a strong spice taste from the use of cardamom, star anise and cinnamon,” she said.

For fans of shellfish, be sure to try chef Norashikin’s Siput Sedut Masak Lemak Cili Padi.

Chef Mohd Faizal’s Fish Curry with Tenggiri is also flavoursome and aromatic with coconut milk.

It it also not too spicy.

If you like something spicier, his Ikan Keli Asam Pedas is the dish for you.

Using only the freshest of catfish, this dish is spicy but did not mask the flavours of the fish.

Other highlights of the buffet include Pasumbur Padang Kota, Kerabu Perut Bersantan, Percik Burung Puyuh & Ayam Dara, Nasi Kerabu Bunga Talang, Gulai Ikan Talang Masin dengan Terung, Udang Goreng Bersambal, Lidah Goreng Cili Padi, Hati Goreng Sambal, Rendang Kuala Kangsar and many more.

For meat lovers, there is also Whole Roasted Lamb or popularly known as Kambing Panggang “Kuzi” Style throughout the Ramadan buffet.
