Their latest recipe has been refreshed with a new look to offer patrons more variety. The Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner is priced at RM168++ per person and New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner is available at RM180++ per person. Enjoy unlimited consumption of wine, beer, sparkling wine, gin and vodka at an additional price of RM100++.
For steak enthusiasts, PRIME serves an exquisite dinner menu that is designed for the most discerning palates. The Christmas Eve four-course dinner is priced at RM800++ per couple inclusive of a bottle of champagne or RM300++ per person. The New Year’s Eve five-course dinner is priced at RM580++ per person with free flow champagne, red and white wine or RM 320++ per person.
Seared OBE Sirloin Beef, Char-grilled Wagyu sirloin with Fleur De Sel and mixed pepper and sous vide Turkey Breast with Spiced Cranberry and Walnut filling are just the few highlights for a stimulating culinary experience. Regulars will be pleased to know that the limited items from the a la carte menu are still available during the festive period.
Illuminate the senses with exotic Venetian flavours from Italy at Favola. The journey begins as the diner walks through the open galleries into a rustic Italian setting reminiscent of the renaissance era. The peeling paint on the walls reflects the glories of the past that has unearthed Venice for many centuries. Indulge in Italian fare such as Snow Crabmeat with Warm Lobster and Mascarpone Flan, Dutch Veal Osso Bucco in fresh Tomato Fondue and Truffle Gremolata, Mushroom Crème Brulee and Turkey Breast Cooked Sous Vide with Truffled Butter to name a few.
