CELEBRATE Christmas on Dec 24 and 25 by dining at One World Hotel’s Cinnamon Coffee House buffet spread.

The Twinkling Christmas Buffet will also feature carolling chefs to help liven the festive spirit on Christmas Eve.

“We will only be having this special Christmas spread for two days, on the eve and actual day,” said One World Hotel’s assistant public relations manager Lin Teh.

She said the normal buffet spread would remain, with the addition of turkey and other Christmas-inspired dishes.

Diners can expect a seafood bar on ice, with fresh oysters, green mussels, tiger prawns and mud crabs.

Top that with a dash of Tabasco, a slice of lemon and some cocktail sauce to give it an extra kick.

Also available will be a range of Christmas-inspired dishes created by the hotel’s chefs such as Chicken Cordon Bleu, oven baked Salmon Roulade with Rosemary and Grilled Lamb Chops.

Not forgetting the traditional Christmas must-have dish, roast turkey served with potatoes, vegetables and cranberry sauce.

Cinnamon Coffee House also has a spread of local delights like the rojak, rendang chicken and other Chinese and Indian food.

At their rojak station, a chef would be on hand to make Indian mamak rojak right before your eyes.

The restaurant also offers Noodle of the Day which usually comprise local favourites like prawn noodles.

Apart from this, Cinnamon Coffee House also offers Thai, Japanese and Italian dishes.

At their Italian section, diners can order their favourite pasta combination. Just pick from the three sauces — creamy white, tomato red or aglio olio.

Pair it with a pasta of your choice from their selection and watch the chef cook it for you.

Diners can also select additional toppings like prawns, squid, mushrooms and vegetables to be cooked with the pasta.

Another highlight of the buffet spread is the grill section, where diners will be able to pick their seafood and have it grilled by the chef on the spot.

This station known as the Portuguese station serves a homemade sauce to accompany the
grilled seafood wrapped in aluminium foil.

Those with a sweet tooth, end your Christmas dinner with an array of desserts and pastries like the Yule Log Cake, Christmas Torte, Cinnamon’s Ginger Bread Pudding, Christmas mince pies, Almond Cream Catalana and a selection of Christmas cookies.

Also do not miss the chef’s freshly made crepe topped with ice cream.

Cinnamon Coffee House’s buffet dinner on the eve of Christmas and the day itself is priced at RM118++ for adults and RM59++ for children aged four to 12 from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.

For the Christmas Day High Tea, it is priced at RM70++ per adult and RM35++ per child aged between four and noon to 4.30pm.
