RED Box Plus at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur will be having many special treats for their customers this Chinese New Year.
As Chinese New Year would not be complete without the traditional practice of Yee Sang, Red Box Plus has prepared a Yee Sang Special Promotion to start off the celebrations wishing customers abundance of wealth, prosperity and success for the new year.
Besides Yee Sang, Redbox Plus will also be having a Chinese New Year Reunion Buffet Special promotion prepared by chef Mohd Said Mat Zeraai.
Among the dishes to be offered in the buffet are Cod with Spicy Dragon Fruit Sauce, Roasted Beef with oriental BBQ Sauce and Lamb Rack in Sesame.
“Besides these dishes we will also have the usual buffet dishes such as pasta and rice for the customers to mix and match whatever dishes they want.
“There will also be several live stations where chefs will prepare dishes such as sushi and sashimi as well as Teppanyaki dishes for the customers.
“We will also have seafood such as Oysters with Lemon Sauce as well as traditional Chinese dishes such as Spring Chicken with Dry Longan Sauce for those who want to have their reunion dinners here,” said Said.
“Besides the karaoke, we want customers to know they can get good food too. A lot of people tend to think that Red Box is all about karaoke,” he said.
“Our pastry chef Ken Ng has also prepare many of his specialties for the Chinese New Year crowd such as Green Pea Cookies, Mandarin Orange Swiss Roll and Black Sesame Cube,” he added.
The Yee Sang promotion and buffet promotion will be available until Feb 17 with the Yee Sang priced at RM58++ per plate.
The Chinese New Year Reunion Special promotion price range will start from RM70++ available from 6pm to 10pm daily.
The other promotions for the Chinese New Year celebrations are Chinese New Year Ang Pow Special and Rabbit Freebies for those who were born in the Year of the Rabbit.
