Eastin Hotel Chinese chef Yong Kam Wah has prepared three set menus starting from RM1188++ per table of 10 pax featuring dishes such as Steamed Marble Goby Fish in Soya Sauce, Roasted Whole Suckling Pig, and desserts like Sweetened Dried Longan with Dumpling and Red Dates, and Blended Fresh Mango Puree with Pomelo & Sago.

Prices start from RM48++ for half the portion of the vegetarian yee Sang to RM268++ for a whole portion of sliced abalone yee sang.
Next, we were served the Double-boiled Shark’s Bone Soup with Shark’s Fin’s, in which its milky colour is derived from the shark bone. The soup contains fish maw, bamboo pith and shark’s fin.
Yong said those who like a traditional dish can try the Steamed Giant Garoupa with Fresh Beancurd Skin in Soya Sauce.
The Braised Beancurd with Dried Oyster and Sea Moss in Abalone Sauce was a unique dish as the chef used tofu, spinach and egg to make the beancurd, giving it a flavourful taste.
Those who enjoy waxed meat can opt for Claypot Rice with Preserved Waxed Meat, which is only cooked when ordered.
The waxed meat, which consists of pork, pork liver and waxed duck variants, is imported from Hong Kong.
Lastly, end your meal in a sweet note with the Double Boiled White Fungus and Ginko with Hasma, a nourishing dessert with dried lime added to balance the sweetness of the dessert.
The Reunion set menu starts from RM1,188++, RM1,688++ and RM2,088++ for a table of 10 persons. There are also set menu options for smaller groups: RM488++ per table of four persons and RM688++ per table of six persons.
