16 medium size fresh prawns, peeled leaving tails attached;
¼ cup cornstarch;
1/3 tsp salt;
1/3 tsp black peppercorns freshly crushed;
1 egg white, lightly beaten;
1 cup desiccated coconut;
oil for deep frying.

1 cup ginger mayonnaise
fresh coriander leaves
