Recipe Ingredient
- 500g Chat potatoes (baby potatoes)
- Olive oil cooking spray
- Some salt
Instructions
- Put potatoes into a saucepan. Add enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Once the water boils, reduce the heat and simmer partially covered for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain the potatoes in a colander and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the potatoes on it. Spray with olive oil. Bake in preheated oven at 220°C for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are crisp.
