Recipe Ingredient

  • 180g green bean sheets, soaked, cut into squares and steamed
  • 30g cucumber
  • Seasoning
  • 5g Lee Kum Kee Guilin Chili Sauce
  • 15g soup stock
  • 35g peanut paste
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 5g sugar
  • 2g salt


  1. Slice the cucumber thinly and arrange in a bowl.
  2. Stack the cooked green bean sheets in the middle of the bowl.
  3. Mix all the seasoning ingredients together and pour over the green bean sheets.
