Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 medium size potato
  • 1 can sardin
  • 1 egg
  • onion
  • cabbage/leek
  • salt, sugar,chicken stock cube (0ptional)


  1. Boil potato then mash it.
  2. Mix in sardin, egg, chopped onion, cabbage, salt, sugar and chicken stock.
  3. Mix well and make into small balls, deep fry them.
  4. Eat with any sauce you like.
