Simple and quick healthy snack

Recipe Ingredient

  • 400gm U.S. Lattice cut fries
  • 200gm minced beef
  • 50gm rendang paste
  • 20gm white onion (chopped)
  • 50gm sour cream
  • 20gm pickled green chilli
  • 5gm coriander (chopped)


  1. Preheat a medium size pan and add cooking oil
  2. Sautee the chopped white onion until you have a fragrant smell before adding the minced beef. Stir them together before adding the ready-made rendang paste. Cook for another 10 minutes and reduce to simmer.
  3. Preheat the air fryer or oven to 356°F (180°C).
  4. Arrange the U.S. lattice cut fries in a baking tray and bake for at least 10-12 minutes.
  5. Once the U.S. lattice cut fries are cooked, arrange them on the serving plate. Pour and distribute the beef rendang bolognaise on top of the U.S. lattice cut fries evenly. Add some sour cream on top as well.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander and pickle green chili.
