Recipe Ingredient

  • 200g glutinous rice flour
  • 360cc water
  • 20g fine sugar
  • 30g peanut powder


  1. Stir together glutinous rice flour and water. Steam for three to five minutes or until the mixture is set.
  2. Allow to cool and then cut into 20 pieces.
  3. Roll up each piece into a small ball. Coat with peanut powder and fine sugar mixture.
