Recipe Ingredient

  • 8 pieces Pounded,Dried Chillies
  • 30 bulbs Small Onions (Shallots)
  • 1 tblsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tblsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 300 grams Lean Meat


  1. In a pot, boil meat with water, vinegar, salt and sugar. Boil till almost dry. Shred boiled meat.
  2. Peel 10 small onions and pound finely together with chillies. Stir fry till light brown. Mix in meat and stir till well mixed.
  3. Serve with garnishing of fried small onion rings. (Use about 20 small onions and fry till golden brown.)
