Recipe Ingredient

  • 3 cups cold cooked rice
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 4 red chillies seeded
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 belacan granules
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce Seasoning (combine)
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce Seasoning (combine)
  • 1 chicken stock granules Seasoning (combine)
  • 1 tsp pepper Seasoning (combine)
  • 1/2 tsp sugarSeasoning (combine)
  • Chopped spring onions and coriander leaves Garnishing

Instructions

  1. Dish out and put aside.
  2. Add two more tablespoons of oil and saute ground ingredients till aromatic.
  3. Add the rice and stir-fry well.
  4. Stir in seasoning and continue to stir-fry well.
  5. Add in the scrambled eggs and remaining oil.
  6. Sprinkle rice, while stir-frying, with water. (this is to make the rice moist.)
  7. Dish out and serve with garnishing
