Recipe Ingredient

  • 300gm cream cheese
  • 60gm icing sugar
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 dash cinnamon powder
  • 200 gm digestive biscuits
  • 125 gm butter
  • blueberry for topping


  1. Mix digestive biscuits and butter together and press to 20cm spring pan as base and put to fridge.
  2. Mix cream cheese and icing sugar together and fold with whipping cream, vanilla essence and cinnamon powder and pour mixture to 20cm spring pan that was put in the fridge earlier.
  3. Leave in the fridge for 3 hours then spread blueberry as topping.
