Recipe Ingredient

  • Medium Prawns 1 kg
  • Garlic minced 1/4 cup
  • Butter - 1/4 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Sauce Ingredients:
  • Water
  • Sugar


  1. Cut and devein prawns, do not shell.
  2. Marinade with little salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle with a little tapioca flour to cover prawns.
  4. Heat oil and fry prawns on both sides until golden.
  5. Remove prawns.
  6. Leave a little oil.
  7. Fry garlic and return prawns to wok.
  8. Add butter and sauce ingredients, fry a little and cover.
  9. Lastly add tapioca flour mixture, stir to thicken and serve.
