This recipe is best with
- 3 cm ginger, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsps chopped lemongrass
- 3 tbsps butter
- 3 cups rice, washed and drained
- 125 ml MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock
- 1.5 litres water
- 400g clams
- Salt to taste
- Put all the ingredients into a rice cooker. Mix well.
- Cook clams and rice until mixture is soft.
