- 1 tbsp oil
- 300g boneless chicken, cut into strips
- 2 tbsps peanut oil
- 20g MAGGI® Ikan Bilis Stock Granules
- 2 red chillies, chopped (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tbps lemon juice
- 3 stalks coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 packets MAGGI® Instant Noodles (blanched in hot water)
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté chicken slices until cooked. In a deep bowl, add peanut oil, red chillies, garlic, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Finally add blanched instant noodles, sautéed chicken and salt.
- Give it a good toss and serve hot or cold.
