Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 300g boneless chicken, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsps peanut oil
  • 20g MAGGI® Ikan Bilis Stock Granules
  • 2 red chillies, chopped (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbps lemon juice
  • 3 stalks coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 packets MAGGI® Instant Noodles (blanched in hot water)
  • Salt to taste


  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté chicken slices until cooked. In a deep bowl, add peanut oil, red chillies, garlic, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  2. Finally add blanched instant noodles, sautéed chicken and salt.
  3. Give it a good toss and serve hot or cold.
