Recipe Ingredient

  • 600g chicken cutlet
  • 25g corn flour
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 egg white
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 200g Nyolike Marmite Sauce
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Lightly marinade 600g chicken cutlet with some salt, pepper, corn flour, sesame oil & egg white.
  2. Deep fried chicken & put a side.
  3. Heat up 200g Marmite Sauce & add in previous pre-fried chicken, cost well until dried.
