Recipe Ingredient

  • 150g bananas
  • 200g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 40g vegetable oil
  • 250g brown sugar
  • 40g egg yolks
  • 8g vanilla essence
  • 330g all purpose flour
  • 4g baking soda
  • 15g cinnamon powder
  • 3g salt
  • 8g nutmeg powder
  • 300g chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix bananas, melted Anchor Unsalted Butter, vegetable oil, brown sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla essence
  3. Sift in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder, salt, and nutmeg powder
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and set aside for flour to hydrate
  5. Scoop cookie batter with an ice cream scoop and roll into a ball
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cookie edges should have set and centre puffed up
  7. Set aside to cool
