Recipe Ingredient

  • 200g All Purpose Flour
  • 25g Cocoa Powder
  • 2g Baking Soda
  • 2g Salt
  • 115g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 80g Sugar
  • 80g Brown Sugar
  • 50g Egg
  • 10g Red Food Colouring
  • 10g Lemon Juice
  • 150g Chocolate Chunks
  • 20g White Chocolate Chips


  1. Preheat oven to 175C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix and sift all the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt together.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the Anchor Unsalted Butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add in the egg, red food colouring and lemon. Mix well.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chunks and flours until mixed well.
  6. Weigh our 12 g of cookies and roll them into a ball. Set each cookie about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
