Recipe Ingredient

  • 250g Anchor Salted Butter Pat, soften
  • 170g castor sugar
  • 2nos egg yolk
  • 2g vanilla essence, 1/2 tsp
  • 200g corn flour
  • 160g low protein flour
  • 2g baking powder, 1/2 tsp
  • 70g ground almond powder
  • 70g dried cranberry
  • 110g cornflakes


  1. In a mixer, beat the butter with sugar until smooth & creamy
  2. Mix in egg yolk & vanilla essence together, beat once more until creamy
  3. Add in corn flour, low protein & baking powder, mix it slowly
  4. Then fold in ground almond powder, cornflakes & cranberry
  5. Preheat an oven at 180C
  6. Using dry & clean hands, weigh each cookie at 10gm/pcs
  7. Arrange all shaped cookies on baking tray, bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes until crispy & golden brown
  8. Remove from oven, let it cool down completely before packing into a container. Enjoy!
