Recipe Ingredient

  • 100g Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
  • 15g fresh lemon juice
  • 2g salt
  • 5g sugar
  • 2g coarse black pepper
  • 1g dry parsley
  • 3g garlic powder
  • 200g sliced japanese cucumber
  • 20g sliced red onions
  • 30g cherry tomatoes
  • 2g fresh basil (for garnish)


  1. In a bowl, pour in Anchor Extra Yield, lemon juice, salt, sugar, black pepper, parsley and garlic powder. Mix well, and chill the dressing
  2. Arrange cucumber, onion, cherry tomato on a plate then drizzle with the prepared salad dressing. Garnish with basil and serve, enjoy!
