Recipe Ingredient

  • 200 gram Anchor Cream Cheese
  • 2 biji telur gred A
  • 3 sudu tepung kek
  • 1 cawan susu cair
  • 6 sudu gula
  • 1 sudu kecil esen vanila
  • 1 sudu kecil jus lemon
  • 1 sudu kopi segera + gula
  • 1 sudu susu tepung
  • 1 sudu air panas

Instructions

  1. Satukan cream cheese, tepung kek, telur dan susu cair dalam bekas.
  2. Putar sehingga adunan sebati.
  3. Masukkan esen vanila dan jus lemon.
  4. Kacau sebati adunan kek menggunakan spatula.
  5. Alas acuan kek dengan baking paper.
  6. Tuangkan adunan tadi ke dalam acuan kek.
  7. Sementara itu campurkan kopi segera, gula dan susu tepung dengan air panas.
  8. Kacau sehingga menjadi pes.
  9. Tuangkan pes kopi tadi ke atas adunan kek tadi.
  10. Lorek-lorekkan corak dengan lidi mengikut kreativiti.
  11. Bakar kek sehingga masak.
