This recipe is best with
- 2 pkt nachos
- 200g Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella Shredded
- 100g BBQ sauce
- 100g drained tuna chunks
- 80g canned tomato salsa
- 20g Perfect Italiano Aged Parmesan Grated
- Place the Nachos on a baking tray or plate, cover with the Anchor Mozzarella Shredded Cheese IQF, BBQ sauce and tuna chunks.
- Preheat the oven with the temperature of 180°C. Baked in oven for around 8minutes or until nicely melts, add tomato salsa on the cheesy baked nachos.
- Lastly sprinkle with Perfect Italiano Grated Parmesan, serve. Enjoy!
