Recipe Ingredient

  • 500gm Anchor cream cheese
  • 4 biji telur
  • 200ml whipping cream
  • 2 1/2 cawan gula pasir
  • 1 sudu besar milo
  • 1 sudu besar lemon jus
  • 2 sudu besar tepung jagung
  • 1 cawan susu full cream


  1. Potong kecil Anchor cream cheese.
  2. Mix cream cheese sehingga lembut.
  3. Masukkan whipping cream, susu full cream, jus lemon dan gula.
  4. Mix sehingga sebati.
  5. Masukkan 1-1 telur.
  6. Masukkan tepung jagung dan milo.
  7. Tuang ke dalam acuan.
  8. Bakar pada suhu 190°C selama 45 minit.
