Recipe Ingredient

  • Bread Dough
  • 250g High Protein Flour
  • 25g Sugar
  • 2g Salt
  • 3g Instant Yeast
  • 20g Whole Egg
  • 140g Cold Water
  • 30g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • Topping and Filling
  • 6pcs Anchor Processed Cheese
  • 30g Pumpkin Seed
  • 30g Melon Seed


    Bread Dough
  1. Put the flour, sugar, salt, instant yeast, egg and cold water in a mixing bowl then mix to become a dough
  2. Add in the softened Anchor Unsalted Butter mix until the dough becomes smooth and fully developed
  3. Rest the dough for 10 minutes, then divide into 2 doughs then round and rest for another 10 minutes
  4. Roll the dough into rectangular shape and wrap in the Anchor Processed Cheese and roll it up
  5. Spray water on top of the dough then dip with the seed and put into a bread tin
  6. Proof the dough at room temperature or in a bread proofer until the dough becomes double its size
  7. Make long cuts on the surface of the dough
  8. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown
