Recipe Ingredient

  • Cookie Dough
  • 100g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 50g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 10g Pistachio Paste
  • 100g All Purpose Flour
  • 120g Almond Flour
  • 1g Baking Powder
  • 120g Pistachio Kernels Roasted


    Making the dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 170 Celsius
  2. Cream butter and sugar together with an electric mixer
  3. Add egg and pistachio paste, continue to whisk
  4. Sift all the dry ingredients together (Flour, Almond Flour and Baking Powder)
  5. Fold in the dry ingredient and add in the pistachio kernels using a rubber spatula
  6. Divide the dough into bite size cookies and arrange them neatly on a baking tray
  7. Bake 170 Celsius for about 20 minutes or until golden brown
