Recipe Ingredient

  • Bahan Cheesecake Asli:
  • 225 gram krim keju (cream cheese) Anchor
  • 1/2 cawan gula kastor
  • 1 biji telur
  • 1/2 cawan krim
  • 1/2 sudu teh vanilla
  • 10 gram tepung gandum
  • Bahan Cheesecake Sirap Bandung Ros:
  • 225 gram krim keju (cream cheese) Anchor
  • 1/2 cawan gula kastor
  • 1 biji telur
  • 1/2 cawan krim
  • 1/4 cawan pati sirap bandung ros
  • 1 sudu teh esen ros
  • 15 gram tepung gandum

Instructions

  1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 170 darjah.
  2. Sediakan loyang berukuran 6 inci.
  3. Oleskan loyang dengan mentega dan lapikkan dengan kertas pembakar.
  4. Dalam mangkuk pengadun, putar krim keju dan gula sehingga gula larut.
  5. Masukkan telur. Putar sehingga sebati.
  6. Masukkan krim dan vanilla. Putar lagi sehingga sebati. (bagi Sirap Bandung Ros Cheesecake, di langkah ke-6 ini masukkan krim, pati sirap bandung dan esen ros)
  7. Ayakkan tepung ke dalam adunan dan putar dalam kelajuan rendah sehingga adunan sebati.
  8. Tuang adunan Cheesecake Asli dan Cheesecake Sirap Bandung Ros ke dalam loyang yang telah disediakan secara berselang-seli.
  9. Bakar kek selama 60 minit.
  10. Kek akan naik mendadak dan turun selepas dikeluarkan dari ketuhar. Tunggu sehingga kek sejuk. Kemudian potong dan hidangkan.
