Recipe Ingredient

  • Black Glutinous Rice:
  • 200g black glutinous rice, wash and soak for 1 hour
  • 60g Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream
  • 300g water
  • 5g salt
  • 2pcs pandan
  • Yogurt:
  • 450g fernleaf natural yogurt
  • 50g condensed milk
  • To Serve:
  • assorted fruits, misc
  • assorted jelly, misc
  • granola (optional)
  • 6tbsp coconut milk

Instructions

    To Prepare Black Glutinous Rice:
  1. Wash and soak black glutinous rice for 2-3 hours then strain
  2. Put all ingredients in rice cooker and cook accordingly. After cooking, let it cool then keep chill until needed
  3. To Prepare Yogurt:
  4. In a mixing bowl, mix everything until combine
  5. To Serve:
  6. In a serving bowl, spoon black glutinous rice then spoon about 80g yogurt
  7. Arrange assorted fruits and jelly around it, and sprinkle some granola
  8. Last drizzle a tbsp of coconut milk around and serve. Enjoy!
