Recipe Ingredient

  • 140g black glutinous rice
  • 140g glutinous rice
  • 340g water
  • 200g chicken floss
  • 10pcs Anchor Processed Cheese
  • 5pcs Cakoi (Youtiao)


  1. Mix up both of glutinous rice then wash the rice
  2. After washing the rice, soak the rice with water for 15 minutes before cook in a rice cooker
  3. When the rice is done, let cool down for 15 minutes
  4. Place a piece of plastic wrap on top of chopping board then spread the rice evenly with a spatula an form a square shape
  5. Put a piece of cakoi, Anchor Processed Cheese on top and also chicken floss then wrap the rice roll tightly
