Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 nos of papaya
  • Cream Pudding:
  • 300g Anchor Whipping Cream
  • 100g Anchor UHT Milk
  • 40g sugar
  • 5g vanilla essence
  • 5g agar-agar powder


  1. Prepare papaya by slicing it in half and removing the seeds
  2. In a pot, warm up Anchor Whipping Cream and Anchor UHT Milk
  3. Add in sugar and agar-agar powder
  4. Cook until sugar and agar powder dissolve
  5. Add vanilla essence once sugar dissolves
  6. Pour mixture into halves of papaya and set aside to cool
  7. Once cooled, slice and serve chilled
