Recipe Ingredient

  • 20g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 100g Pearl Barley
  • 300g Anchor UHT Milk
  • 200g Anchor Whipping Cream
  • 30g raisins
  • 150g apples
  • 125g brown sugar


  1. In a pot, warm up Anchor UHT Milk and Anchor Whipping Cream, then soak raisins for 10 minutes
  2. In a separate pot, melt Anchor Unsalted Butter and cook pearl barley
  3. Slowly add in warm milk mixture until fully absorbed by pearl barley
  4. When liquid is fully absorbed, add in diced apples and brown sugar
  5. Scoop into a ramekin and bake in 185C for 10 minutes
  6. Dust the top with sugar and caramelise
