Recipe Ingredient

  • Meatball
  • 400g minced beef
  • 8g salt (or to taste)
  • 3g coarse black pepper
  • 1g dried thyme
  • Baked Potato
  • 300g potato (roughly cut)
  • 30g olive oil
  • 5g salt (or to taste)
  • 2g coarse black pepper
  • Other Ingredients
  • 200g canned tomatoes (diced)
  • 120g Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella Shredded
  • 1g dried parsley


    Making the Meatballs
  1. In a bowl, add in minced beef, salt, pepper & dry thyme
  2. Mix well and weight 40g/meatball
  3. Chill for 1 hour, then sear in cooking pan. & set aside
  4. Baked Potatoes
  5. Mix potato, olive oil, salt & pepper.
  6. Bake in preheated oven with the temperature of 180C for 22 minutes
  7. To Assemble
  8. In a baking dish, arrange seared meatball & baked potato
  9. Next, top with diced tomato & mozzarella, baked in preheated oven with the temperature of 200C for 15minutes until the mozzarella surface turns golden brown
  10. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy!
