Recipe Ingredient

  • Anchor cream cheese
  • Anchor UHT full cream milk
  • Anchor whipping cream
  • Egg
  • Corn starch
  • Caster sugar
  • Honey


  1. Pre heat oven at 210°C.
  2. Beat cream cheese with honey and caster sugar until creamy and smooth.
  3. Slowly mix with egg, then cream, milk and lastly corn starch.
  4. Mix in slow speed until batter becomes smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into cake mold.
  6. Bake 45 minutes at 210°C.
  7. Keep in chiller overnight.
  8. Unmold and serve chill.
