Recipe Ingredient

  • Cream cheese 500gm
  • 4 eggs (size B)
  • 2/3 cup / 150g castor sugar
  • 1 cup / 250g whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp / 15g plain flour
  • 1 tsp fine table salt
  • 9 inch baking pan
  • 2 layer of baking paper


  1. Beat cream cheese until soft
  2. Add castor sugar
  3. Add egg one by one
  4. Add whipping cream
  5. Add lemon juice
  6. Add plain flour
  7. Add salt
  8. Put the dough in a baking pan layer with baking paper
  9. Bake in the oven 200'C for 45-50 minutes.
