Recipe Ingredient

  • 120g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 50g sugar
  • 60g brown sugar
  • 120g eggs
  • 120g all purpose flour
  • 2g baking powder
  • 2g baking soda
  • 100g dark chocolate chips
  • 20g sesame seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream Anchor Unsalted Butter and sugar together until light and fluffy
  3. Add in room temperature eggs and mix well
  4. Mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda. Make sure there are no lumps. Stir in the dark chocolate chips
  5. Brush 8" x 3" loaf mold with butter and coat with sesame seeds. Pour batter into loaf mold, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and keep in chiller or 30 minutes
  6. Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown
