Recipe Ingredient

  • Cookie Batter:
  • 90g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 30g sugar
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 50g whole egg
  • 140g cake flour
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 2g baking powder
  • 2g baking soda
  • 1g salt
  • 10g red food colouring
  • 50g chocolate chunks
  • 40g oats
  • marshmallow, misc


  1. Preheat oven to 175C
  2. In a bowl, cream Anchor Unsalted Butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  3. Add the egg and mix well
  4. Sift in cake flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well
  5. Mix in the food coloring, chocolate chunks and oats
  6. Mix well until everything comes together
  7. Chill the cookie dough for 30 minutes before scooping out 50g
  8. Roll into a ball and press a marshmallow on top
  9. Bake for 15-25 minutes or until cooked. Set aside to cool.
  10. Decorate as per needed.
