Recipe Ingredient

  • Butter Crumble
  • 200g All Purpose Flour
  • 200g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 180g Sugar
  • Cream Cheese Filling
  • 200g Anchor Whipping Cream
  • 35g Sugar
  • 5g Vanilla
  • 8g Gelatin
  • 40g Water
  • 500g Anchor Cream Cheese
  • 100g Canned Peaches


    Butter Crumble
  1. In a mixing bowl. mix all ingredients together until forms a loose dough
  2. Transfer dough to a baking sheet and bake at 180C for 5 minutes
  3. Loosen the baked crumble and continue baking for another 5 minutes until golden brown
  4. Cream Cheese Filling
  5. In a pot, cook Anchor Whipping Cream, sugar, vanilla until warm
  6. Bloom the gelatin in water, and melt in a microwave. Add into cream mixture
  7. Soften Anchor Cream Cheese in a mixer, and beat to soften
  8. Slowly add in the cream mixture to the cream cheese, and beat until thicken
  9. Transfer to a piping bag with piping tip
  10. Assembly
  11. Fill the base of your cup with Cream Cheese Filling
  12. Add slices of canned peaches and top with crumble
  13. Add more peaches and repeat
  14. Finally, pipe Cream cheese filling on top
