  • 3/4 cup milk/ almond milk
  • 7 dates (pitted)
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 large banana (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter


  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and process till smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
