Recipe Description

Smoothies are excellent for sahur (pre-dawn meal), as they are nutritious and filling. You just need a blender and can play around by adding fruits and nuts.




Recipe Ingredient

  • 3 dates pitted
  • 20 cashewnuts
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • A pinch of salt
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml low fat milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and whip until smooth.
