  • 1 cup yogurt at room temperature
  • 1 average sized banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  1. Whisk the yogurt lightly
  2. Mash the banana to a smooth paste
  3. Fold banana and honey into the yogurt and lightly whisk
  4. Serve chilled
