Recipe Ingredient

  • 180g sugar
  • 400g Anchor UHT Milk
  • 250g Anchor Cream Cheese
  • 100g Anchor Whipping Cream
  • 250g sugar
  • 250g eggs
  • 5g vanilla


  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. In a pan, caramelised sugar until golden
  3. Pour into a 9" cake pan
  4. In a pot, warm Anchor UHT Milk, Anchor Whipping Cream, and Anchor Cream Cheese and sugar until fully dissolved
  5. Stir the eggs into the warm mixture, and blend until smooth
  6. Sieve and pour mixture into the 9" pan, and bake in water bath for 1 hour and 30 minutes
  7. Remove from water bath, and cool overnight
  8. Unmold from pan and pour into a deep dish
